Sexual Health and Well Being GBU 4. New Verticals and  Advanced Concepts GBU (new division) The GBU's have Global Profit and Loss responsibility, business strategy, innovation, product development, marketing and brand development. The Regions will continue to have accountability for Regional Profit and Loss, sales, trade marketing, customer service and local warehousing.
